Trevor here, founder of Functional Fitness. WHEN IS TEAM TRAINING OFFERED?

Team Training is offered at NOON only M-F.

This is the perfect workout plan for individuals who are injury free & lacking time. Use your lunch break to come in for 35-45 minutes & get back to work!!

This workout is short & sweet and built for results. No more interfering with getting kids ready for school or after school activities - get it done mid-day and be on with it! You'll find you have more energy to get you through til 5p!

*Friday noon is workout with a coach. The coach will be working out along side you, they will provide coaching and feedback, but less coaching than our normal training days!

We use the MindBody app so you can reserve your spot & limit space to 15 participants. This allows the coach to adequately coach each participant into the right position!

WHAT IS THE MOVEMENT SCREEN?

Everybody who trains at Functional Fitness is taken through a movement screen. These are basic movements that give us information regarding limited range of motion as well as pain. This information allows us to adapt our programming to meet each individual's needs.


When non-members register for the challenge, we'll reach out to set up your 30 minute movement screen where we'll help you get apps set up as well!

DO WE HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES?

Pictures are not required, but they are highly recommended. These pictures are a great way to compare 2 snap shots in time -- we become blinded to results by seeing ourselves daily. It's easier to see a change when we look back at old pictures!

HOW DO I WIN?

In order to "win" and get the best results throughout the 6 weeks, we encourage everybody to strive for 85% compliance or higher.

Our suggestion: plan your "no" check-ins carefully. Failure to plan is panning to fail.
