Premium memberships now include 24 hour access, guided direction with general training programs (5 days per week, new programming every 4 weeks, includes strength & metabolic programming plus video demonstrations), access to tanning plus better recovery with our water massage table & infrared sauna as well as access to both Springfield and Redwood facilities..
We have a certified coach onsite during staffed hours to help answer your questions as well!
The facility features weight machines, ellipticals, treadmills, airdyne bikes, rower machines, cable machines, benches, rack systems, adjustable dumbbells, barbells, bumper plates, sleds, suspension trainers & so much more!

No contract memberships allow you the flexibility to start and start your membership when it's convenient for you. Memberships automatically roll-over to another month until you contact us to stop your membership. Each time you start a membership, you will pay the admin fee as well as the 1st month's payment.
